FAQ

  • Our kitchen produces items containing nuts, wheat/gluten and shellfish. Cross-contamination may occur, but efforts are made to prevent this. Clients must alert your event coordinator of any food allergies in writing prior to ordering. Abrielle is not responsible for an individual allergic reaction to our food and beverage.

  • A credit card is required and will be held for all event bookings. Charges will be applied to this card with consent or if payment is not received within 3 days post the event date.

    • a 25% deposit is required to secure the booking

    • Final payment is due 1 business day post the event date.

    • We accept credit card payments, electronic fund transfers and personal and corporate checks provided these payments are received within the timelines outlined above.

    • Variances from estimates (due to change in event scope and/or changes in staff hours at event itself or with client instruction) will be billed accordingly following the event unless otherwise discussed.

    • No payment terms are offered by Abrielle unless explicitly discussed and confirmed prior to contract signing.

  • All events booked within 5 days of the event date are considered definite and guaranteed.

    • Event cancellations must be put in writing. Events canceled within 5 days of the event date are subject to full payment.

    • Decrease in guest count within 2 days of the event will be charged as originally quoted due to loss of preparation and time.

  • Clients must reimburse the cost of repairing any damage to the property, contents or grounds by any of their guests to the restaurant if those should occur. A credit card is required for all bookings to accommodate this or other additional charges incurred by guests.

    • No wines, spirits, or foods brought into the restaurant may be consumed unless agreed before the event and outlined in the approved contract. All alcohol is served in accordance with provincial liquor laws.

    • Cakes are allowed with a $7 per person cutting and handling fee.
